PLACING AN ORDER/METHODS OF PAYMENT

How do I place an order?

Email:
You may Email Us an order, but please do not Email us your credit card information, as our Email is not secure from hackers. Please call us with your credit card info. 818-845-5005.

Phone:
You may place your order by phone, 818-845-5005, if you are paying by credit card or are using a purchase order. Our office hours are 10 AM to 5 PM Pacific time Monday thru Friday. However, if you know what you want and do not need to ask us any questions, you may call any time of the day or night and place your order on the answering machine. Our office is secured and alarmed, so no unauthorized person will hear your message. PLEASE BE SURE TO LEAVE YOUR PHONE NUMBER with your message in case we need to call you back to clarify your order.

Mail:
You can fill out an order form and send it to us along with payment. Order forms may be printed from our website. They are also included in our paper catalogue, which you may obtain by request. Just Email Us.

How to I pay for my order?

Credit Card:
You may pay with a credit card by phone or by mail. In either case, we need the following information in order to process your payment:

Card Type
Card Number
Expiration Date as it appears on the card.
Name as it appears on the card

Check or Money Order:
You may mail a check or money order with your order form. Or, you may place your order by Email and then send us a check. If you choose this latter option, be sure to include with your check or money order the name under which you placed the order by Email, so that we know why we have received your money! The best way to do this is to print out the confirming Email message you get from us, or a copy of the Email message you sent us, and include it with your payment.

COD:
We will ship COD non-custom made on orders under $200. We require a deposit of at least half down on custom orders and orders over $200.

Purchase Orders:
We do not acceipt purchase orders.

Ordering from outside the U.S.

We will ship anywhere in the world. Orders from outside the U.S. MUST be paid by credit card. Please email us for details and options for securely transmitting your credit card information.

ORDERING:
Credit cards are best. We take all major credit cards. See above for ordering instructions. If you do not wish to use a credit card, you may pay with an International Money Order or by direct bank transfer. These methods involve an additional fee of about $15.00. If you choose to pay by direct bank transfer, please call us at 818-845-5005 10 am to 5 pm Pacific time, Monday thru Friday to make arrangements. To save you money on long distance calls, you may ask all your questions and place your order by Email, then just call with your credit card number, expiration date, and name on the card.

SHIPPING:
We ship by either FedEx, UPS or Airborne, whichever is least expensive at the time. Delivery is within two to three days from day of shipment. Warning, Will Robinson, International shipping is expensive, (the first pound is anywhere from $34.00US to $50.00US.), and there may be duty charges which you must pay on delivery of merchandise. The exception to this is UPS ground service to Canada. This route is pretty inexpensive, $7.00 to $10.00 for the first pound, and it takes about a week to 10 days from ship date to delivery. Due to insurance constraints, international packages shipped by U.S. Post will be shipped entirely at the recipient's risk.

DELIVERY TIMES AND SHIPPING METHODS

What is your normal turnaround?
Remember, we make everything to order. We do not carry finished goods in inventory. All stock styles in black or white cotton/Lycra© are usually shipped within 7 working days of receipt of order. Allow two extra days for specialty fabrics, as we do not always have all fabrics in all colors in stock at all times. Allow two weeks for custom patterns, and add two days for every custom dyed color. If you have a deadline, even if it is within the parameters of our turnaround times, please state it when you order. Turnaround times are approximate unless we have your stated deadline.

What if I am in a hurry? (Rush orders and overnight shipping).
We can most often accommodate rush orders, especially if they do not involve custom dyeing. Please Email Us or call us to discuss your rush order needs, our ability to meet them, and any rush charges that may apply. We will ship overnight with payment by credit card.

Halloween orders.
We beg of you, please place your Halloween orders by the first of October so that we can keep our sanity. This is a very busy month for us. If you are purchasing in quantity for a retail store, please place your Halloween orders by the first of Sept.
